On A Stick: Carolina Chickadee

The Carolina Chickadee is another coup for my "On A Stick" project since the little buggers rarely land on this particular branch. The fact I was able to catch it with a safflower seed just makes it even better.

Nicely done- you got two amazing shots for the price of one tiny seed!

Well done, Brian!

A case of being at the right place at the right time.

so far I've only managed to get them on the bird feeder.... they are in and out of the lilac bushes and twigs too quickly ... I think I should plant some bare twigs....closer to the house so I can get a shot through the window some day.... sigh.....

A very fortunate capture, Brian--for sure! Love the seed in its mouth. So great!

So cute. Hehe that seed is as big as its beak. Super clear shots of a busy bird.
