On A Stick: Tufted Titmouse

November 11, 2014  •  20 Comments

I recently scored another coup for my stick project. I finally caught a Tufted Titmouse on the branch. These little guys are even more fidgety than the chickadees. At this point I've photographed all the species that have been visiting the backyard on a regular basis. Hopefully, it won't be long before some of the winter birds start showing up.

Great photo! Really beautiful!
What a handsome little guy! Bravo to you for capturing such a nice shot of a little bird that likes to flit around. Looking forward to seeing posts of your winter birds.

I have so enjoyed your "Birds on a Stick" series. These guys are very difficult to photograph, but you did an excellent job. Can't wait to see the winter birds.
I'm waiting for your beautiful book to show up .... the number and variety of birds you have managed to expertly photograph ""on the stick "" boggles my mind.... another lovely.......
