Don't Eat My Face

While I'm no fan of House Sparrows, it's always fun to photograph certain behaviors regardless of the species. Junior was quite demanding and a bit overzealous at times. Based on the number around the yard, I can only imagine how many of these prolific little breeders have been hatched this year.

Sweetness through and through. Yep, we have dozens at our feeders all year long. They can be invasive at times, but still they are good to have around.

Love the 2nd image mostly Brian.

Your linking this weekend at I'd Rather B Birdin' is much appreciated!!! Thanks.

With a title like "Don't Eat My Face" I just had to look. lol Great shots! The baby is almost as large as the adult already, amazing how fast the little ones grow.

Did you do with 200 or 300 mm lens, or were you close to them? So cool to see the feeding but I worry about baby surviving. :^(
