Flying In The Fog
This is a bit different from my usual birds in flight. I was out recently trying to do that very thing - getting some birds in flight, but the overcast, cold, foggy weather was putting a damper on that plan. I heard the sound of a large helicopter in the distance, but due to the fog I wasn't able to see it until it was relatively close. This was the best bird photo of the morning. Most of my waterfowl shots ended up in the trash bin.

Hee hee at least it was slow enough to photograph in the fog! LOL This made me chuckle since my bird shots even at the feeders at home haven't been anything very worthwhile of late either!
